The Notification Daemon is not working when I unmount a device. Specifically when I am using Thunar and a USB flash drive, I unmount the drive; however I recieve no notification that the USB flash drvie can safely be removed from the USB port. This is similar to Bug 2957 but at least there it was partially working. I am running a SUSE Build Service version x64. I have libnotify installed. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Plug removable flash drive into USB port.
2.Click on the drive and add file. 
3.Right click to unmount. Wait for notification that it is now safe to remove flash drive.
 

Actual Results:  
The notification does not appear. 

Expected Results:  
Even after waiting for some time the notification does not appear.

It should say that it is now safe to remove the media from the USB port.
