Related to https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3591 When users right-click on a USB drive to unmount it, there is a very, very brief flash of a notification. But, because it is so brief the contents of the notification cannot be read. I have described the issue in more detail in the following links: http://forum.xfce.org/viewtopic.php?pid=32564#p32564 and http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=2214432 along with an image of the notification which I got by trying to unmount a USB device which was in use. I hope the information is enough. vasa1
I forgot to mention this is on Lubuntu 13.10 to which I added "xubuntu-desktop" with the --no-install-recommends switch. I also installed Thunar 1.6.3 **with** all recommends.
Is thunar-volman the right component for this? I think that the only notifications that thunar-volman does are for mounting and that unmounting is done by some other component.
