Removal instructions for themes and icons are absent from any findable documentation - they should be presented alongside the two different methods for theme installation. 

Ok it is fairly obvious if a theme was dropped into ~/.themes folder then easily removed from there. But not everyone will be savvy enough to go to /usr/share/themes

And even then I am unsure if manually removing from this root folder is ok.
