The name in the menu is "settings", in english ; it should be "paramètres" in
french.

This problem is visible in the menu only. The translation in the submenu and in
the titlebar is correct.

Missing translations aren't handled in bugzilla, it'd be best if you get in touch with the french translation team, e.g. via the mailing list or via transifex: http://docs.xfce.org/contribute/translate/start
