Reproduce: open desktop settings, select "image list", add images, enable "Change background in x minutes"

Behaviour: background does not change after being set

Expected: background should change to another image after the specified number of minutes

This is likely a duplicate of bug #8962 which was fixed in git master branch by commit b543ea26089a2521317cf18cfffb979ba2ff5909.
