When using a backdrop list, one may occasionally want to delete a picture that 
comes up (e.g. if one simply added a large directory of *mostly* suitable 
backdrops).  However, when deleting the current picture, the backdrop persists 
until the next reload.  It seems more useful if the desktop would reload when 
that picture is deleted.
