Note: same hardware/software setup as bug 9206

While adjusting the brightness down, screen flashes very bright (guessing it's 100% brightness) for a fraction of a second.
No such problems while adjusting the brightness up

Please retest using current version (1.4.1) and reopen if it is still reproducable.
