We already have a mirror relatively close to Cologne. I'm not sure what the bandwidth is of that mirror.

I saw your project asking for mirrors. I doubt that it hurts to have powerful mirrors anywhere. But it's for you to decide. Just let me know if I should leave or remove the rsync.

Yes our servers were down because of network problems. Anyway everything is back up again and the mirror has been added.
