Thunar desktop files have more than one main menu category ( http://standards.freedesktop.org/menu-spec/latest/apa.html ), System and Utility. This should be fixed IMO as: 1) Clutters the menu, specially Xfce's own menu as (in its default layout) it's a virtually unrestricted, all categories menu. 2) It's unnecessary to have an application entry in two places. After a person memorises where an app is that's what matters. This applies specially to the not hidden desktop files (Thunar-bulk-rename.desktop and Thunar.desktop).
