Created attachment 4297 Small black square, lower right - cosmetic bug? I'm getting a cosmetic error in the Xfce 4.10 Prev. 1 release - a small black square appears in the lower right of my screen (see attachment). I'm running with compositing, if that's relevant.
Can you paste the output from xrandr? Does this happen with other wallpapers?
Thanks - here's what I'm getting from xrandr: --- Screen 0: minimum 320 x 200, current 1366 x 768, maximum 8192 x 8192 LVDS1 connected 1366x768+0+0 (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) 344mm x 194mm 1366x768 60.0*+ 1360x768 59.8 60.0 1024x768 60.0 800x600 60.3 56.2 640x480 59.9 VGA1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) HDMI1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) DP1 disconnected (normal left inverted right x axis y axis) --- Yes, I'm getting this with any wallpaper (I'll post a couple of additional screenshots).

Created attachment 4301 Disable the resize grip from the root window When you move your mouse over the black box does the mouse act like you're trying to resize the window? If so, can you test this patch?
It was giving me a resize gripper, I hadn't noticed (I never had much reason to mouse down there, heh) - that patch looks like a fix, thanks very much.

Yes, I apologize, I wasn't clear - I've recompiled with that patch, and it's fixed now. Thanks again.
