When using keyboard shortcuts to move windows they do not snap to each other or the workspace edges. It is also impossible to move the window to negative Y coords with the keyboard, as you are able to do using Alt+LeftMouseButton (Button1?). I'm unsure if the latter is actually a feature, but I cannot see why you should not be able to move it with the keyboard since the keys are always accessible regardless of window position. Perhaps this should be separate bug. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Use the keyboard shortcuts to move a window to the top left of the screen, it does not snap to either edge. (sort of snaps to top, but unable to move above the top) 2. 3. Actual Results: the window is placed a with a few pixels cut off on the left Expected Results: snapped the window to the workspace edge Sorry for the fuss if this is by design, but I think it would be useful to snap windows no matter which method you use to move them.
Sorry, but I really don't see the need for snapping when moving windows with the kbd. As for moving to neg. coords, that's really meant to be that way, it's to prevent the user from moving the window where the mouse could not reach it.
Fair enough. Thanks for taking the time to read my "bug" report. :)
