I'm using XFCE4 4.8.6 (Xubuntu 11.10). The weather plugin for the panel does not update or even populate at first confuration, nor on subsequent configs. It just sits there saying "No Data". 

I tried searching specifically for Grove City, OH (USA) and then tried searching for "Ohio" and chose Columbus, OH which is near me. Neither would populate any info.

Nevermind. I did apt-get upgrade and it fixed the issue. This bug can be closed.
