Would it be possible to add an option to set up whether numlock will be enabled or disabled on startup? This should prevent from manually editing ~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/keyboards.xml or similar workarounds, see also https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8037.
