Currently I do echo 70 |sudo tee /sys/devices/platform/smapi/BAT0/stop_charge_thresh to set the charge stop threshold (in order to prolong li-ion battery life) and then echo 100 |sudo tee /sys/devices/platform/smapi/BAT0/stop_charge_thresh the few times I want a full charge. A nice feature would be to be able to show and set the stop_charge_thresh value from the battery plugin.
This is a very specific features: * only present on thinkpad laptops * not supported by mainline Linux (needs tp-smapi module) * needs root permissions.
Ah, I thought remaining_capacity was read from the same directory anyway. Didn't know the feature was that uncommon.
