It is my first time submitting a bug, and I apologize in advance if I submitted it at the wrong place. I experience the following problems on xubuntu 11.10 running XFCE 4.8.0: - On the Desktop, if I select several files with the mouse and try to move them, then only one file actually moves. - I cannot paste directly on the Desktop. I can cut and copy files on the Desktop, but the paste option (either using Ctrl-V or right-click paste), does not work. In fact, when I right-click on the Desktop, the paste option is always unselectable. It should be noted that I can paste correctly in the Desktop Window Manager, but not on the Desktop itself. Reassigning to Xfdesktop. Report one issue/bug at a time, don't mix several issues in the same bug. Regarding your first report, there is already bug 5025. The second one corresponds to bug 3804.
