Brief Description
=================
xfce4-taskmanager run as root could display all users processes by default

Stand & Build Details
=====================
EEE901
Xubuntu 11.04

Test Details
============
Run xfce4-taskmanager as root and change the priority of a running process belonging to your user.

Expected Results
================
Can see it and adjust it's properties as I new have the required privileges.

Actual Results
==============
The task manager detects we are root as there is now a red bar, but the process list is still restricted to just the current user "root". As a result I can't see my solitaire game to increase its priority!

Timeline
========
n/a

Analysis
========
Would be nice if the warning about being root came with some more suitable defaults too.
