The icon installed by the plugin as $prefix/share/icons/hicolor/48x48/apps/xfce4-calculator-plugin.png is way too big. It's actually 256x256 instead of 48x48. This leads to a weird big entry in the panel dialog to add new items to the panel, see attached screenshot.
