If xfdesktop is configured to show minimized applications, right-clicking on an app icon and choosing 'close' does nothing. 'restore' does nothing either.

This was also a problem in 4.6.2

Fixed in git master. I had to add a new string to fix this, I'll see if we can still backport it to the 4.8 branch.
