Events like anniversaries and similar that last a whole day (or multiple whole days) should not be printed at the very top at 0:00 in the day view. Instead there should be a special row above the hour-rows that does not scroll away, if you scroll down to the evening hours. The reason is that -especially on not-high-resolution-screens- you don't always see the whole timetable and maybe don't expect events at midnight (and thus miss the whole-day-event). In regard to bug 7115, this should probably not color the whole day. If multiple whole-day-events occur on the same day, the row should automatically increase it's height to fit for all events.
I have the exta row already in place below the date button. It just does not get populated.
exactly - that's the row I meant that should be used for the full-day-events!
Fixed in 4.8.0.3 available in git now. This was a bug indeed and worked fine in teh previous version. The format of the data changed a little, so the all day check needed to be done differently.
Hi Juha, I just wanted to drop a great THANK YOU! line for fixing bugs in orage so eagerly. :)
