Created attachment 3263 patch to have right unit for battery value
This patch fixes also values from /sys/class/power_state. See Bug #6957.

I don't have charge_now. What kernel, what ACPI version, what OS are you using? Ok, this is reported in 6957. Please care for where information is provided when you close a duplicate bug. The mWh will be fixed to mAh when using charge_now, thanks for reporting.
