Trying to acess a missing key theme fro mthe xfwm4 shortcut editor leads to a
MCS crash.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select a keytheme (or create a new one. 
2. log out
3. Temove the directory containing the key theme
4. Log back in
5. return to xfwm4 shortcut editor
6. the key thme is stil lselected, changing options leads to a MCS crash 

Actual Results:  
The MCS manager crashes

We'll leave that as a known issue for 4.2.0, and will fix it for 4.2.1. Sorry,
its really too late to fix this know, because I fear I could break something
else if I touch that code. Jean-Francois, please have a look at this.
