Previous versions of clipman (possibly around <1.0) had an "Enable" item [1] that allowed to quickly enable/disable use of a clipboard manager. Would you consider reinstating this option, perhaps as a "Disable" unchecked by default? It can be useful in several cases, for example when clipman interacts strangely with some app or when one wants to avoid leaving any trace of copied text. I removed it because it was asked, and also fixing the daemon was the right thing to do, disabling/inhibiting the daemon was a second-choice fix. Right now, I don't remember what the option inhibited (whole daemon or only the history), but it should still be there as a hidden setting and I believe an appropriate place is within the right click context menu. So yes, I can re-add this option after all.
Great! Thanks a lot
