can when have a 'check' to enable or disable wallpaper plugin ?

or better, change it in a new entry in ''Personal Actions...'', below open termial here .....

why i ask this feature ? because wallpaper plugin doesn't work in Openbox or other WM....

OpenBox manages its own desktop (wallpaper + right click menu), and in that case the plugin should either provide support for it or be hidden from the context menu in Thunar.

The following changes will be applied:
- Ristretto is going to provide a small tool to change the wallpaper, with as much desktop support as possible
- Thunar plugin will only have support for the default Xfce desktop, but will first try to call the ristretto tool when available
