xfce4-power-manager-0.8.3.1 needs drop in requirement librsvg for panel to be able to show it, it kind of sucks, since everything else is working fine without librsvg any chance of shipping png icons too?

Sorry for the late reply, i was on vacation. Yes, we will most probably ship png icons also, for 1.0.0.
There's also some (more or less) related discussion about it at http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-815768-highlight-.html A user is trying to run xfce4-power-manager on fluxbox but I don't think it's notification area supports SVG (and yes, I know this isn't really a setup you're looking to support for, but figured I'd say it anyway)
I just installed 0.9.90 and it has .png icons, so I think this bug can be closed now... thanks!
