Icon is cut when displayed in the dock

The right and bottom margins in xfce4_xicon4.png icon are to small so the icon
is cut when displayed on the dock (see attached screenshot).

I am going to attach a custom version of xfce4_xicon4.png with expanded margins
and a screenshot showing that this version is not cut.

The margins on the changed icon are not perfect either; they are 3 on the top and left and 4 on the bottom and right.
