Hello, In the "Theme" tab there is no indication of how the new theme can be used. Eventually I guessed it is necessary to restart Xfce, but this is will not be obvious to newbies. Restarting is not necessary. There's something wrong with your system setup, I think. I don't know what it is, but Bugzilla is not a support forum.
