They're all symptoms of the same bug and will get fixed when I finish redoing the drawing code. It's mostly done, just some issues to work out. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 4958 ***
BTW, the Thunar list redrawing issue was related to the recently-introduced client-side windows in GTK+ (or GDK, to be more precise). This has been fixed in GTK+, please update to GTK+ 2.18.x. Anyway, this bug is resolved.
