Desktop icons settings: the default _behaviour_ is to show file/launcher 
icons, but the default _setting_ is to show none. To make it show none, 
the user must select file/launcher icons and then re-select none. This 
bug needs a fresh user account to be reproduced.

In my opinion, this shouldn't be possible in a proper settings management system, maybe it needs to be fixed at a lower lever.
