BibTeX "Misc" entries have a field named "How Published", which needs to be written "HowPublished" (without the space) in .bib files. But xfbib writes this name as "How Published" with a space when saving files, leading to LaTeX compilation failures.

Steps to Reproduce:
1) create a new file with a new Misc entry with a non-empty "How published" file
2) save the file

Actual result: "HowPublished" is spelled "How Published" in the saved file

Expected result: it should be spelled without a space

Tested on xfbib 0.0.2 and latest SVN.
