The following warnings thrown in sdterr when running Xfce 4.6, or when xfdesktop is being used to manage the desktop with JWM managing windows.

Don't compile with --enable-checks if you don't want to see these.

This is with xconf compiled with --disable-checks. Rebuilt it twice just to be sure, issue persists.

Removed the --enable/disable-checks option for the configure script, issue appears to be resolved.
