When a window is minimized, pressing alt-tab brings it right back again, as if it were the most recently used window. One would expect for mimimized windows to move to the end of the alt-tab order, as the least recently used window, as this is the behaviour of Microsoft Windows and in GNOME (Metacity). This problem is very annoying and I hope it can be fixed.

Well, actually, what you describe is the behaviour in 4.4 and what you want is already in 4.6, but the bug is reported against 4.6 so I am a bit confused. In 4.4 => Minimize, alt-tab brings the window back In 4.6 => Minimize, the window is sent to the end of the list
