Save settings, when remove plugin

When I removed from the panel plugin xfce4-radio-plugin, then all my settings are lost.
This is bad, because I have 15 stations, and the next time I have to enter all 15 stations.
So I made sure that the settings were not removed, they are stored in clear input file xfce4/panel/radio.rc
