Hi, a Debian user requested an option so the mailwatch plugin doesn't change the mail status from NEW to UNREAD when using imap accounts. I don't know IMAP enough to say if this behavior is valid and possible, but it'd be nice to have it, by default or using an option, as only checking mail numbers is not really like looking at them. Cheers, and thanks. -- Yves-Alexis
I'm not sure this is possible -- I can't control the server's behavior. And I'm using the same IMAP command that claws-mail uses to check for new messages in a folder, so I don't think I'm doing anything wrong. If there's a way to do this that's not ugly, it's gonna require a patch from someone, cuz I don't really care about this.
Mass-reassign all bugs from florian@ to goodies-dev@, thanks for the maintenance work! (and sorry for the bugmail spam..)
