files version & sys parms after update

i had gentoo on acer aspire 5022 laptop with xfce wm, cups with lan-printer: 
all work fine;
after recent last update (see info txt attachment for state) a problem happens,
apps like inkscape & gimp (using printbackends i think) hangs on print command:
with blank print window of xfprint when printer is on line (by cups print-server),
without that window when print-server is off-line (inkscape freeze, gimp no);
other apps like ooo-writer & firefox, prints well (no use same printbackends),
note that mousepad prints well too (and it uses the same printbackends!) but it's part of xfce: make it difference?
i can't understand why this is OK and the others no!
i recognize there are a conflit with libprintbackend-cups.so and libprintbackend-cups.la:
i try to remove them from /usr/lib64/gtk-2.0/2.10.0/printbackends and apps above works well, with right print window of xfprint showing only print to file chance;
i try a downgrade too, like show in  my txt attachm. file, but problem is still there;
i call first to you for help, because i dont know what make a problem, and...
i'm just a desktop user and i can make only a simply mod. to code;
any hint is welcome;
