The keyboard settings sometimes blinks at startup, and sometimes is kept hidden.

Attached patch fixes it.

Should be fixed in revision 27616:

        * dialogs/keyboard-settings/main.c: Don't call gtk_widget_hide()
          after creating the main dialog. This should fix bug #4335.
