On FC6 with Gnome installed XFburn doesn't seem to have permission to do anything, though the only way to discover this is the click on the log viewer. * If you erase a CDRW it will report the disk is erased even though it is not. The log shows it cannot access the device (perm error). * If you try to drag and drop items from the hard disk into the temp directory to (eventually) create the ISO, XFburn hangs and you have to kill the process. Or, it will eventually exit. Please note that the Nautilus CD creator works just fine and I am still loading it with the "--no-desktop" switch when I need to burn a CD. So it doesn't seem logical to me that this is a system wide problem. Rather, it is more likely an XFburn install or config problem.
We believe this is fixed in svn. Would you be so kind to try?
Closing this because the bug is based on a very outdated code base, and we never received more feedback. Feel free to comment or reopen if necessary.
