read only files get overwritten on extract

i have an archive containing only one text file for my tests. i extract the file and then chmod -w it, so it's readonly. when i extract the same archive again, the readonly file gets overwritten by squeeze. this shouldn't happen!

btw, i only changed the permission of the extracted file in the above test.
when i change the permission of the new folder to -w and try to extract again, the command exits with status 512.

Fixed in revision 25429 for tar, rar and zip (not sure if compressed files need to be escaped)
