Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Copy a .odt file on desktop 2. See no proper icon displayed on desktop 3. Now via Thunar see the same file on ~/Desktop/ and it will have proper icon Actual Results: Should display proper icon for .odt files on desktop. xfdesktop uses the same method to look up icons as Thunar does. Not sure what's wrong here.
Benny, any idea here? thunar_vfs_mime_info_lookup_icon_name() and thunar_vfs_info_get_custom_icon() appear to return 'image-x-generic' for me in xfdesktop, but the right icon gets displayed in Thunar.
