If files should be selected on mouse hover, they don't if the thunar window is not the topmost window. Files are still underlined when the mouse hovers over them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable single click and select on hover in the preferences
2. Open another window in front of the thunar window
3. Rest the mouse over a file in the thunar window

Actual Results:  
The filename is underlined, but after the required delay the file is not selected

Expected Results:  
The filename should be underlined and after a small delay the file should be selected
