- Start with an empty desktop - Make sure no Terminal is already launched.
- The desktop is focused (or not, it's not the point)
- Run Terminal from the panel
- Once mapped, the terminal is not focused

SN startup time is correctly set and read, but there is no USER_TIME set, and internal user time for that window is falsely reset to 0.
