The initial characterization as "xfwm4" was correct (albeit this is a bit confusing, admittedly). I'll try as soon as I can access my desktop computer, I can hardly reproduce that on my laptop that doesn't have a real numeric keypad :)
I cannot confirm that bug, it works just fine here.
can you type "xfwm4 --version" and post the result (I do not know what version of xfwm4 Xubuntu is precisely shipping). Also, any chance that you could try to build and install the current code from SVN?
No updates in almost two years, no response from reporter with further information, and unable to reproduce here.
