I think there is a way to trigger some kind of infinite loop in xfce4-menueditor. Start xfce4-menueditor, add a menu entry of type 'Submenu', when you click on this menu entry, drag it around without releasing the mouse and then drop it back into its original place, xfce4-menueditor freezes and goes into infinite loop.
