Moving a window with Ctrl+Alt+<<arrows>> to the next workspace doesn't work.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. grab any window
2. Use Ctrl+Alt+arrows to move it around
3. Try to move it to the workspace on the right

Actual Results:  
window seems to be hanging in between the two workspaces

Expected Results:  
window should move to the next workspace

I don't understand, I cannot reproduce what you describe as you cannot move a window to another workspace using the Ctrl+Shift+Alt+arrows.

The "wrap worskspace on move" occurs only when the window is move using the mouse, not the keyboard.

To move a window to another workspace, using the keyboard, you can use Ctrl+Alt+Keypad_Num<1..9>

What version are you using? Can you try "xfwm4 --version" ?

Admitedly, I think there is some misunderstanding here.

What do you mean by "window seems to be hanging in between the two workspaces"?

If you mean that the window remains on the current desktop leaving just a few pixel visible, then that is the expected normal behaviour, you cannot move a wondow from a desktop to another desktop using the Ctrl+Alt+Shift+arrows shortcuts. These shortcuts are for moving windows. To move  windows from edsktop to desktop, you need to use the Ctrl+Alt+Keypad_Num<1..9> shortcuts.

that is exactly what i mean... There's no reason whatsoever not to move the window to the next desktop when moving them with the keyboard, if you can drag them with the mouse to the next desktop.

that's just my opinion of course.

That's no bug. There are shorcuts to do what you want (Ctrl+Alt+PgUp/PgDn) 

The reason is that it's simplyt not the same way of doing things, the warp occurs with the mice pointer, and you don't move the mice pointer with shortcuts...
