User-Agent: Opera/9.01 (X11; Linux i686; U; en) Build Identifier: At present Thunar shows a major advantage over Nautilus in that it has a dual pain interface with a treeview for basic navigation. this is a great help. It then seems a bit odd when opening the file open dlg (open location) to see the std gnome filechooser with its irritating bookmark pane and no treeview. Is there any plans to modify/replace this interface so that Thunar has a consistent mode of navigation. If not please regard this as a feature request. Thanks. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.thunar 2.Go 3.Open Location 4.dialog uses different navigation to rest of thunar.
Again, I don't get what you want. Do you ask me to replace GtkFileChooserDefault with a Thunar-like interface? If so that would certainly be a feature request for Gtk+ then, not for Thunar. If that's not what you meant, try again to describe the problem in simple sentences. BTW: I guess that should read "dual pane", not "dual pain"? ;-)
I'll mark this as invalid. Part of my confusion with the interface covered in #2225. And yes the typo , I was probably getting confused by Nautilus' one-pain interface ( one big pain ;) ) thx
