Only after watching the screenshot animation on the 4.14 tour page did I learn that the region option has the ability using Ctrl to move the selection around and in order to make this more discoverable, a tooltip needs to be added to the dialog.
I see that the radio button label already has a tooltip and i hadn't seen it no matter how many times i visited the dialog until just now, which means that most people wouldn't notice it either, so I was thinking that an information icon could appear after the label, which could have a tooltip to mention this or alternatively a label below it could mention it.
