The string "Small" in xfwm4_plugin and wmtweak_plugin mcs-plugins can't be properly translated into pt_BR without using context translations. Please see the patch attached.

Ok, I've added context where asked, but changed the context name and tried to be consistent (ie use the context in both labels instead of just for small).
