Coming from Ubuntu, i miss screenshooting stuff without having to dismiss a popup twice like Xfce4-screenshooter forces on me. You can alter the shortcut command from xfce4-screenshooter to xfce4-screenshooter -c -f or xfce4-screenshooter -f -s /path/to/save in Settings > Keyboard > Application shortcuts to achieve that. That way it silently copys the screen to the clipboard or a file.
