Fix 'xfconf_get_error_quark' introspecting

When g-ir-scanner is running (during introspecting phase), we get this warning:

> <unknown>:: Warning: Xfconf: (ErrorQuarkFunction)get_error_quark: xfconf_get_error_quark: Couldn't find corresponding enumeration

Patch fixes this issue.
