Patch replacing GtkStock

Currently we don't get translations for the Help and Close buttons in many dialogs. For some components this was already fixed before pre1 (https://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=13528), many others (like xfce4-settings, xfce4-session, xfwm4) got overlooked.

The attached patch fixes the xfwm4 settings dialogs.
