Fedora 30, xfce4-panel-4.13.4-2.fc30.x86_64. When I unchecked "Show miniature view" in the "Workspace Switcher" window, mouse wheel stops working on workspace switcher (desktops don't changing on mouse wheel).

Please test the attached patch, it should restore the scrolling feature.
